25 Years and Still Going...!
June 3-4, 1981 marked the first National Industrial Fastener Show held in Columbus, Ohio USA with 90 Exhibiting Companies. “First National Industrial Fastener Show Termed ”Complete Success”!” according to the Summer 1981, The Distributor’s Link. Participants left praising the show as, “Best show I’ve been to of this kind”, “Fantastic”, “We got 85 leads the first day”, “They should have had it a long time ago, et cetera.

Here we are 25 years later and still going strong! Exhibitors left the 2004 Orlando show with comments such as, “Keep it up”, “Made a lot of good contacts”, “Well planned and well ran” among other positive observations. A number of attendees surveyed report meeting new suppliers and finding new sources, and most of the exhibitors surveyed say they made contact with numerous customers and received a significant number of solid new leads.

The need for one-on-one networking has not changed. Today more than ever there is a need for companies to be visible in the market place. Whether you’re initiating a new product, generating business leads or focusing on customer retention, only through exhibiting can you accomplish such a combination of marketing objectives. That’s why the industry’s leading companies return year after year –because no other venue gets so many results so cost effectively.
