When and where is International Fastener Expo 2026?

IFE 2026 takes place October 7–9, 2026 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The Expo Hall will be open to attendees October 8–9.

What are the show hours?

The Expo Hall will be open from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM on October 8 and from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM on October 9.

What are the show floor restrictions?
  • This is a trade-only event and is not open to the general public. Attendees must be qualified buyers.
  • A non-refundable onsite registration fee applies to attendees who have not pre-registered.
  • Strollers or wheeled bags larger than 18″ H × 12″ W are not permitted on the show floor.
  • No one under the age of 17 is allowed on the show floor.
  • Cameras and video recorders are not permitted.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Attendees release Emerald Expositions from liability related to attendance at the event.
Is suitcasing allowed?

Suitcasing, defined as soliciting business at the Expo without authorization, is strictly prohibited. Measures are in place to protect exhibitors from unauthorized solicitation and hospitality suites. Exhibitors are encouraged to report any violations immediately to Expo Management.

Are children allowed?

No one under the age of 17 is allowed on the exhibit floor. Proof of age is required. Strollers, baby carriages, and baby packs are not permitted. No exceptions.

Can I take photographs during the show?

Only official photographers and audio/video producers appointed by show management may photograph or record the event. Exhibitors may photograph or record their own booth displays and products.

Is this show open to the general public?

The International Fastener Expo is a trade-only event for qualified buyers and industry professionals. The show is not open to the general public. As this is a place of business, no one under the age of 17 is allowed on the show floor, with no exceptions.

Are hotel discounts being offered?

Yes. Special hotel rates have been negotiated for the trade show. Attendees are encouraged to book accommodations at one of the official hotels. Visit the hotel page for more information and to make a reservation.

How do I register for the International Fastener Expo?

Registration for International Fastener Expo 2026 will open in Spring 2026.

How will I know I am registered?

After registering online, you will receive an automated email confirmation sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure your email address is correct so you can receive your confirmation.

When will I receive my attendee badge?

Badges will not be mailed. You must print and bring your confirmation page to the show site to print your badge, similar to printing a boarding pass for an airline.

Do I need my badge for the IFE Welcome Party?

Yes, your badge is required for admittance, and preregistration is required.

How can I obtain a visa letter invitation for the show?

An automatic visa letter will be generated for each attendee who requests one. Visit the International Visa page for more information.

What is the show’s refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to all tickets and passes without exception. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.

Exhibitor

What are the move-in and move-out days and times?

Move-in and move-out times will be listed in the 2026 Exhibitor Service Manual.

Will early or late access to the exhibit hall be allowed?

Exhibitors will not be allowed access to the exhibit hall outside posted move-in and move-out days and hours. On show days without scheduled move-in prior to opening, exhibitors may access the hall one hour before and one hour after official show hours. Additional access may be arranged at the sole discretion of show management.

Where can I find the International Fastener Expo Exhibitor Service Manual?

The Exhibitor Service Manual contains mandatory forms and regulations required for participation. Exhibitors are encouraged to review it with their trade show coordinator or onsite EAC.

The 2026 service manual is not currently available. It will be posted in the Exhibitor Resource Center closer to the show date.

Can I set up my own booth?

Nevada is a right-to-work state. Exhibitors may use full-time company personnel to set up exhibits; however, they may not operate heavy machinery or lifting equipment. Personnel must carry photo ID and company identification such as an insurance card or payroll stub.

What insurance coverage do I need and who should be listed as additional insured?

Exhibitors are responsible for the care, custody, and control of their exhibit space and materials and should carry insurance covering loss or damage. Insurance coverage may be purchased through Total Event Insurance.

Is electricity provided with my booth?

No, electricity is not provided. All electrical services must be ordered through Freeman.

Is security provided?

Yes, 24-hour security is provided by show management throughout the exhibition, including setup and teardown. Exhibitors should not leave valuables unattended.

What is provided with my booth?

Each 10×10 inline booth includes:

  • 8′ high pipe and drape back wall (blue and white)
  • 3′ high pipe and drape side rails (white)
  • 7″ × 44″ booth identification sign with company name and booth number

Booths larger than 300 square feet may receive a booth sign upon request.

Peninsula (end-cap) booths include:

  • 8′ high and 3′ high pipe and drape back wall (blue and white)
  • 7″ × 44″ booth identification sign

Island booths:

  • No pipe, drape, or identification signs are included
  • Optional items may be ordered from Freeman
Can I have a hanging sign over my booth?

Hanging signs and graphics require pre-approval through the Exhibitor Console. Hanging signs are permitted only in island booths that are 400 square feet (20′ × 20′) or larger.

When will we receive our staff badges?

After registering staff, you will receive an email confirmation. Badges are available for onsite pickup only. Badge pickup will be located in the lobby of Exhibit Halls B & C near the exhibit hall entrance.

How many exhibitor badges do I get for my company?

Each company receives three exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space. All personnel on the show floor must wear an exhibitor badge at all times. These badges are for booth staff only and may not be used by customers.

How do I get an international visa letter of invitation?

Once exhibit space is paid in full, staff may be registered. During registration, selecting a country outside the United States will allow you to request a visa invitation letter by email.

Have provisions been made for the storage and distribution of product?

Freight may be delivered to the Freeman Advanced Warehouse, which includes:

  • Delivery to your booth before setup begins
  • No marshaling yard check-in or waiting
  • Up to 30 days of free advance storage
Is the show open to the public?

International Fastener Expo is a B2B trade show and is not open to the general public.
