What are the show hours?

Will there be WIFI availability at the convention center?
No, there is no free WIFI in the building.
What are the show floor restrictions?
- Trade only event – not open to the general public, a person must be a qualified buyer to attend.
- There is a non-refundable onsite registration fee to those who have not pre-registered.
- No strollers or wheeled bags (larger than 18″ H x 12″ W) on the show floor at any time.
- No one under the age of 17 years of age is allowed on the show floor at any time. No exceptions.
- No camera/video recorders at any time.
- No smoking.
- Attendee hereby releases Emerald Expositions from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of/or result from attendee’s attendance at the event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to exhibitor or his/her invitees
Is "Suitcasing" Allowed?
No Suitcasing Allowed!
Expo management has a strict policy against all persons who attempt to solicit business at the Expo without paying for that privilege . . . commonly referred to in the exhibition industry as suitcasing. We have implemented measures to protect exhibitors from this highly unethical and unprofessional practice on the exhibit floor as well as unauthorized hospitality suites hosted by non-exhibiting companies. However, to further protect themselves from suitcasing, exhibitors are encouraged to immediately report all infractions of this policy observed during the course of the event to Expo Management.

Is this show open to the general public?
The International Fastener Expo is a Trade only event – qualified buyers and industry professional only. This show is not open to the public. As this is a place of business, no one under the age of 17 is allowed on the show floor, no exceptions.

How will I know I am registered?
Once you register online you will receive an automated email confirmation to confirm your registration. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided so it is very important for us to have your direct email address so you can receive your confirmation.
When will I receive my Attendee badge?
BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED. You must print and bring your confirmation page to the show site to print out your badge. Just like you do at the airline when you print your boarding pass.
Do I need my badge for the welcome reception?
No, you can show your registration confirmation for admittance.
How can I obtain a Visa letter invitation for the Show?
An automatic visa letter will be generated to each attendee who requests it. Visit the International Visa page for more information.

How do I order furnishings I will need in my booth?
All exhibitor service order forms can be found in the exhibitor resource manual which will be distributed after your exhibition space is confirmed, or visit the Exhibitor Resource Center for more helpful information.
I’m a current exhibitor, when can I break down my booth?
Early booth breakdown is prohibited. Booth breakdown begins on the last day of the show after the show close at 4:00 p.m. PST.
